Hafnium's  focus is in very early stage technologies in the food tech, natural materials and specialty chemicals sectors. We bring together a team built on three core pillars of expertise:

• deals and fund raising, 
• science and technology and 
• operations and scaling. 

More than half the Hafnium team have strong science backgrounds with PhDs combined with early stage venture or commercialisation and scaling experience.

Hafnium and Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology and Research's ( A*STAR) commercial arm, A*ccelerate have entered into a partnership to develop A*Star's portfolio of technologies in the specialty chemical and materials sector, focused on creating spin-offs with a view to making $20m in funding available for the spun-off businesses.
